Team Member Sabrina Peraza

Let me introduce you to our newest team member! Sabrina has been a mentor for me in all things, herbalism, foraging and farming. She effortlessly blends the somatic experience of “pretending to be a piece of seaweed” (yes, she literally made me do that once) to teaching the nerdy science of seaweed as medicine. -Liliana

She’s been a really patient teacher for me. Once, while volunteering on her farm I remarked that her coriander really smelled like cilantro. She didn’t skip a beat teaching me that coriander was simply the seed of cilantro without making me feel like a total idiot… She is enchanting, magnetic and grounded in salt of the earth magic. When I first met her, she was finishing my sentences like she had a crystal ball. She’s wicked smart and hilarious. My favorite combo. Check out her videos and interviews below.

She’s experienced the adventures of marriage, divorce, deaths of loved ones, chronic illness, single parenting and overcoming the trauma of domestic violence. These things have leveled her, humbled her, tormented her and forced her to grow. She channels a deep reservoir of compassion and laughter to help get you through it all too.
